Usually within a few minutes. When the bank reports the transfer with the right reference, Pro activates by itself with no manual approval.
Send the transaction code or a screenshot of the transfer to support. Foxalo will check it and activate your account by hand.
Pro never charges you by itself. Each VietQR transfer, confirmed by SePay, opens one period (1 month or 1 year). Foxalo reminds you 7, 3 and 1 days before the period ends; to keep Pro, transfer again. If you set up a recurring transfer with your bank or SePay, each new period is added when the payment arrives; to stop it, cancel that recurring order at your bank or SePay. If the period ends without renewal, the account returns to the free plan. Details are in the Terms of Service.
