English vocabulary typing with pronunciation
Foxalo reads each English word aloud and shows its Vietnamese meaning and IPA; you type it back with the right spelling to move on. It measures typing speed (WPM), accuracy and your streak, and gathers the words you missed for another round.
How to use it in 3 steps
- Choose a set by level: CEFR A1, A2/B1, TOEIC or IELTS.
- Listen, read the meaning and type the word with the correct spelling.
- Read your results and drill the words you missed.

Frequently asked questions
Does typing help me remember words?
Yes. You hear the word, read its meaning and type every letter, so you learn the sound and the spelling, not just recognise it.
How is WPM calculated?
Correct characters divided by five, per minute of typing. Pasting is blocked, so the number reflects your real speed.
Can I practise my own word list?
Yes. Choose “Your own words”, paste a list and start a new session.
What happens to the words I miss?
They are gathered at the end for an extra round. When signed in, you can save each one to your word book to review later.
Can I turn off the key sounds?
Yes. The speaker button in the toolbar mutes sounds, and the choice is remembered.
